If you had a pass or membership before July 5, 2025:

Please register with the same email address. From there, you will see all your existing pack or membership credits available. Do not change the passholder name or email, as passes are non-transferable.

If you have a auto-renew membership, click the My Account button after logging in and update your payment details.

If you booked with us before with multiple email addresses, your pass may be associated with a different email. If you think this is the case please log out and try with a different email address. If this does not correct the issue, please contact us.
