About Accessible Modifications For Yoga
Class Series, Part 1 of 4
Yoga is meant to be a practice of balance, awareness, and self-compassion—not a struggle!
This 4-week class series, Accessible Modifications for a Safe and Fulfilling Yoga Practice, is designed to help students modify poses safely, listen to their bodies, and prevent discomfort or injury.
Each session will focus on a different group of yoga poses, fromneutral poses, forward folds, backbends, twists, to transitions. We will be incorporating props and techniques that enhance accessibility.
